She was 67 years old. Tommie was born at Hyden, Ky. the daughter of Betty Stidham Bowling and the late Tester " Ted" Bowling. Tommie was employed as a salon manicurist and pedicurist. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wooton, Ky. Tommie enjoyed her dogs, horses, and farming. Tommie had been a resident of Hyden, Ky. for the past two years having moved from Douglasville, Georgia. Tommie was preceded in death by beloved father: Tester "Ted" Bowling & one sister: Janet Bowling Baker. Ms. Tommie Delores Bowling leaves the following relatives surviving: her loving and devoted mother: Betty Stidham Bowling of Hyden, Ky., four brothers: Randy Bowling and Elizabeth of Hyden, Ky., Greg Bowling & Coleen of New Jersey, Patrick Bowling and Tammy of Franklin, Ky., Christopher Bowling and Lorna of Hyden, Ky., two sisters: Susan Cobb of Douglasville, Georgia, Deborah Kean of Cadet, Missouri, & a host of treasured nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Bowling Family to assist with the funeral expenses.
