He was born at Stinnett, KY., the son of the late Arnold Morgan and the late Rose Muncy Morgan. By occupation Frederick was a Self-Employed Logger and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. Frederick was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. Frederick was a member of the Stinnett Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents Arnold and Rose Morgan, three brothers: John, James and Ronald. two sisters: Elise Mosley and Betty Gail Hoskins, and one granddaughter: Katrina.
