She passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital in Hyden, KY at the age of 60 years, 2 months & 1 day. Shirley was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., she was a member of the Hals Fork Pentecostal Church at Bear Branch, KY. She enjoyed spending time with her family (especially her grandchildren), cooking & housecleaning. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents: Pleasie & Gracie Collins Couch & 3 brothers: Gerald, Charlie & Pearl She leaves the following relatives surviving her husband: Kermit Davidson, Thousandsticks, KY., son: Kermit Dwayne Davidson & Shonda, Thousandsticks, KY., daughter: Beverly Davidson Melton & Rick, Manchester, KY., 2 brothers: Norman Couch, Bear Branch, KY. & Delbert Couch, London, KY., 5 sisters: Anna Lee Meece, Norwood, Ohio, Mary Feltner, Dayton, Ohio, Imogene Eversole, Bear Branch, KY., Audrey Cornett, Hazard, KY. & Nancy Osborne, Thousandsticks, KY., 4 grandchildren: Shirley Brooke Bowling, Lanaya Bowling, Dwight Sandlin & Conner Davidson, 3 great-grandchildren: LaShay, Arizonia & Alexander.
