He was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. by occupation he was a coal truck driver. He enjoyed watching basketball & fishing. Carlos Wayne Roark was preceded in death by his parents, Denver & Mattie Belle Nantz Roark & wife, Donna Roark He leaves the following relatives surviving, son, Cameron Roark, Helton, KY., sister, Janice Smith, Hyden, KY., uncle, Robert Nantz & aunt, Jean Crobie, Maryland.
