The Obituary for Maxie Eulene Asher Officiating Ministers: Isaac Rowland & James Allen Maxie Eulene Asher of 126 Preston's Branch, Paintsville, KY. was born on September 11, 1949 in Hyden, KY., the daughter of the late Caleb Asher & the late Susie Sizemore Asher. Maxie passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, West VA at the age of 64 years, 9 months & 4 days. Maxie had been a former resident of Leslie & Laurel Co.. & had been a resident of Paintsville, Ky. for the past 4 years. She was affliated with the Anna C. Brush Memorial United Presbyterian Church at Dryhill, KY. Maxie enjoyed reading books, playing with her dolls & watching soap operas. Maxie Eulene Asher was preceded in death by her parents, Caleb & Susie Sizemore Asher, 2 brothers, Hershel & Darrel Asher & brother-in-law, Fred Sizemore She leaves the following relatives surviving: 2 brothers, Donald Asher & Opal of Hyden, KY. & Billy R. Asher of Indiana, 2 sisters, Nancy Sizemore of Meally, KY. & Dee Sizemore & Denver of London, KY., 2 sister-in-laws, Carolyn Sizemore Asher & Fannie Mae Sizemore Asher, both of Hyden, KY., a special niece, Jenny "Sissy" Meek & also a host of other nieces & nephews survive.
