She passed away on Monday, June 16, 2014 at the Hyden Health & Rehab Center, Hyden, KY. at the age of 71 years & 4 days. She was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. She was a member of the Hurts Creek Church of Christ at Hyden, KY. Oletta loved animals. Oletta Johnson was preceded in death by her parents, John L. & Orlean Lewis Johnson, 2 brothers, Allen & Winford Johnson & 1 sister, Lucille Johnson Bailey. She leaves the following relatives surviving: 3 sisters, Mary Janice Estes of New Palestine, Indiana, Dianna L. Hightower & Charles of Paragon, Indiana & Christine Wells of Berea, KY. Also a host of nieces & nephews, other relatives & friends survive.
