Judy Couch Spurlock

The obituary of Mrs. Judy Couch Spurlock Officiating Ministers: Rev. Jerry Mckinley Holland & Rev. Jerry Holland Mrs. Judy Couch Spurlock, 59 passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. She was born on Nov. 1, 1954 the daughter of the late Holt Couch and the late Maultie Couch. Judy was a former employee of Mary Breckinridge Hospital as a Correspondence Clerk and most recently had worked as a Beautician in London, KY. She loved being involved in the lives of her children and grand children. She was a member of the Hals Fork Pentecostal Church at Bear Branch, KY and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. Judy was preceded in death by her parents: Holt and Maultie Couch, one brother: Virgil Estep, and nephew: Freddie Scott Couch. She leaves surviving the following relatives: father of children: Eddie Spurlock, two sons: Eddie Wayne Spurlock and Pearl Wayne Spurlock both of Hyden, KY, one daughter: Christina Spurlock of Saul. KY, two brothers: Billy R. Couch of Hyden, KY, Alonzo Estep of Lexington, KY, four sisters: Donna K. Jones & Terry of Bear Branch, KY, Carolyn K. Myers & Clark of London, KY, Linda Due Dearing & Glen of London, KY, Earlene Couch & Carlos of London, KY, four grandchildren: Tanner Spurlock, Dalton Spurlock, Trevor Gipson and Preston Spurlock. Judy is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends. The following will serve as pallbearers: Brandon Jones, Terry D. Jones, Chris Farmer, Jake Bowling, Gary Ledger, T.J. Kilburn and David House.
