Mrs. Jonia Collett, 69 passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. She was born on January 6, 1945 in Wallins, KY the daughter of the late Ace Saylor and the late Eva Blanton Saylor. By occupation Jonia was a homemaker and had been a resident of London, KY since 1997. She enjoyed playing games on line, cooking, face-book, but she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Jonia Collett was a member of the Lower Middlefork Pentecostal church at Asher, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents: Ace and Eva Saylor, loving and devoted husband: Jr. Collett, three children: Susie Collett, Pearl Collett and Joan Collett, three brothers: Bobby Ace Saylor, Eugene Saylor, Charlie Saylor, one sister: Edna Collett. She leaves surviving the following relatives: six sons: Omus Collett of Mozelle, KY, Theo Collett & Crystal of Warbranch, KY, Walter Collett & Randeana of Wooton, KY, Ralph Collett & Melinda of Hyden, KY, Frankie Collett & Betty of Vicco, KY, John Collett & Sara of London, KY, nine daughters: Dorothy Caldwell & Rice of Mozelle, KY, Freda Napier & Terry of Hyden, KY, Annie Hoskins of London, KY, Viola Hopson & Ray of Stinnett, KY, Joan Napier & Wayne of London, KY, Della Collett & Cornelious Roark of Warbranch, KY, Wendy Combs & Paul of Hyden, KY, Orlina Fields & Donald of London, KY, Michelle Collett of London, KY, 34 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. Jonia is also survived by her best friends: Hazel and Angelo Middleton of London, KY and a host of other treasured relatives and friends.
