Mrs. Betty Hoskins of 33 Rose Morgan Lane, Hoskinston, KY., passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY. at the age of 76 years, 0 months & 22 days. She was born on February 27, 1938 at Stinnett, KY the daughter of the late Arnold Morgan and the late Rose Muncy Morgan. By occupation Betty Gail was a employed as store manager of Sports Connection and had also worked as a restaurant cook and waitress. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, softball, metal-detecting, watching "Meteorite Men", but she especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Betty Gail was a member of the Stinnett Church of Christ for the past 40 years and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. Betty Gail Hoskins was preceded in death by her parents: Arnold and Rose, father of children: Thomas Hoskins, 1 daughter: Donna Gayle, twin sister: Elise Mosley, 3 brothers: John L. Morgan, James T. "Jip" Morgan, Ronald "Lute" Morgan and 1 infant brother. She leaves surviving the following relatives: 1 son: Charles Arnold Hoskins & Kathy of New Tazewell, TN; 2 daughters: Kathy Hoskins of Hoskinston, KY, Rose Hoskins of Whitehouse Station, N. J., 2 brothers: Phillip Morgan & Mary Angela of Hoskinston, KY, Frederick Morgan & Phylliss of Stinnett, KY; 2 sisters: Lucille Roberts & Rev. Logan of Stinnett, KY, Imogene Morgan of Hoskinston, KY; 2 grandchildren: William Charles Hoskins and Benjamin Kyle Hoskins. Betty Gail is also survived by a host of treasured nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
