The obituary of Mr. Bill Cornett Mr. Bill Cornett 70, of 239 E. Highway 552, London, Ky. departed this life on Sunday, March 2, 2014. He was born on June 16, 1943 at Wooton, Kentucky the son of the late Carter Cornett and the late Nola Begley Cornett. By occupation Bill was a retired Coal Miner from Whitaker Coal Company. He enjoyed horses and horse back riding as hobbies. Bill was affiliated with the Lily Church of Christ. Mr. Bill Cornett was preceded in death by his parents: Carter and Nola, two brothers: Fred Cornett and Elijah Cornett. He leaves surviving his loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Marilyn Kathy Edwards Cornett of London, two daughters: Tracy Cornett of Keavy, KY, Delena Sherman of Keavy, KY, four brothers: Nathan McDaniel & Jean of London, KY, Robert Cornett & Diannia of Wooton, KY, Orie Cornett & Terry of New York, Carl Cornett & Wilma of Ohio, Brother-In-Law: Orie Edwards of Salem, IN, one sister: Martha Ann Kilburn & Clinton of Wooton, KY, Sister-In-Law: Earletta Baker & James of New Salisbury, IN, Fannie Hammack of Salem, IN, Carolyn Cornett, Vernie Combs, and Dinna English all of Wooton, KY, two grandchildren: Joseph Sherman and Dylon Sherman. Bill is also survived by a host of treasured nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends.
