Purl Junior Fields

Mr. Purl Junior Fields, age 66, passed away on Tuesday- Jan. 28, 2014 at the Kindred Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born at Richmond, KY on April 1, 1948 the son of the late Pearl Fields and the late Leona Howard Fields. By occupation Purl was a former employee of the Campbell Drug Store and the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home. Purl was affiliated with the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax, KY and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. Purl enjoyed music and hunting as hobbies. He was preceded in death by his parents: Pearl and Leona, three brothers: Matt, Bobby and Gearl, and one sister: Patty Fields. Purl leaves surviving the following relatives: two brothers: Jimmy Fields & Donna of Hyden, KY, Kenneth Fields & Glenda of Stinnett, KY, three sisters: Pauletta Hunt of Michigan, Linda Maxine Fields of Wooton, KY, Donna Bailey & Eugene of Slemp, KY, and a special friend: Edwin Lewis.
