She was 52 years of age at the time of her passing. Louise was born in Hammond, Indiana, the Daughter of the late Pennelton Phelps & Hazel Johnson Phelps. Louise was a homemaker & enjoyed working on the computer & computer games. She was a lifelong resident of Leslie Co., living at Squirmy Trail Warbranch, Ky. the majority of her adult life. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Sisters: Shirley, Margie, & Agnes. Mrs. Louise H. Brock leaves the following relatives surviving: Husband: Otis "Obie" Brock of Warbranch, KY.; Brothers: Scott Phelps, Larry Phelps, David Phelps, Greg Phelps & wife, Sharon, all of Hammond, Indiana, Ralph Phelps & husband, Terry of Griffith Indiana; Sisters: Lou Smith of Hammond, Indiana, Stella Beaver & husband, Jack, of Hammond, Indiana and Ruth Blakenship and husband, Rich, of Lake Station, Indiana. A host of treasured nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may call for visitation from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. on Sunday - January 20, 2013 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, Ky. A scheduled memorial service will be announced at a later date.
