Terry Joseph Mrs. Barbara Davis of Wooton, KY was born on October 10, 1952 & departed this life on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Ky. Barbara was 59 years old. She was the Daughter of the late Charlie Boggs & Mae Williams Boggs. By occupation she was a Retired Supply Director at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital. Barbara was a life long resident of Leslie County. She was affiliated with the Church Of Christ. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Barbara Ellen Davis was Preceded in Death by: Parents; Brothers: Lonnie Boggs, Stanley Boggs, Harvey Baker, Hayes Boggs, Johnny Boggs & Boone Boggs. Mrs. Davis leaves the following relatives surviving: Special Friend & Companion: Willie Madden of Wooton, Kentucky, Son: Robert Davis & Wife Shawna of Smilax, KY; Daughters: Melissa Caldwell & Husband Jeremiah of Yeaddiss, KY, Betty Lewis & Husband Keith of Smilax, KY; Step Daughter: Melinda Wilson of Stinnett, Ky; Step Son: William Madden & Wife Crystal, of Stinnett, KY; 5 Brothers: Charlie Boggs Jr. & Mae of Yeaddiss, KY, Warnie Boggs of Wooton, KY, Denver Boggs & Lorraine of Smilax, KY, Mannon Boggs & Sandra of Indiana & Dennis Baker & Faye of Florida; Sister: Lois Wells & James of Smilax, KY; Grandchildren: Robert Wayne, Alexie Lanette, Anna Hope, Morgan Lynn, Austin, J.J., Jaymastin, Madison Brooke,Jordan, Lynsey Paige, Kimber Lynn& Paige Lynn The funeral service for Mrs. Barbara Davis will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. - Sunday - September 16, 2012 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Joseph officating. Burial will follow in the Madden Family Cemetery at Wooton, KY with the following serving as Pallbearers: Keith Lewis, Jeremiah Caldwell, Robert Davis, Austin Caldwell, J.J. Caldwell, William Caldwell, Allen Boggs. Visitation will begin on Friday from 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. & all day Saturday.
