The Obituary of Mrs. Carolyn Morgan Willis Mrs. Carolyn Morgan Willis was born on May 1, 1940 at Hyden, Kentucky, the daughter of the late, Lloyd & Della Gray Morgan. She passed away on October 4, 2010 at the age of 70 years, 5 months & 3 days at her residence at Hoskinston, KY. Carolyn had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. with the exception of living in Dayton, Ohio for 10 years. By occupation she was retired employee for the Leslie Co. Senior Citizens & a dispatcher for the Leslie Co. E.O.C. for 4 1/2 years.She was affiliated with the Stinnett Church of Christ at Hoskinston, Ky. She enjoyed reading. Carolyn Morgan Willis was preceded in death by her parents: Lloyd & Della Gray Morgan, one son: Kenton Brown, one daughter: Barbara Stidham, one sister: Marina Roberts & two brothers: Kenton & Tinsley Morgan. She leaves the following relatives surviving: one son: Tinsley Morgan of Hoskinston, Ky., one daughter: Carolyn Sue Partney & Jerry of Colorado, five grandchildren: Shantiel Brock & Michael, Crystal Carpenter & Garret, Destiny Morgan, Angela Baker & Elizabeth Stidham, four great-grandchildren: Rachel Christina Brock, Michael Carsten Brock, Haley Carpenter & Aiden Carpenter, special nieces & nephews: Debbie Roberts Fennell of Ohio, Bobby Roberts, Donnie Roberts & Danny Roberts. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. Funeral service for Mrs. Carolyn Morgan Willis will be conducted on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Church of Christ at Hoskinston, Ky., with Keith Bowling officiating.Burial will be in the Hurricane Cemetery at Hyden, KY. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 7, 2010 beginning at 12:00 Noon until time of funeral at the Stinnett Church of Christ.
