The Obituary of Grace Johnson Harris Officiating Ministers: Rev. Geoffery Roberts & Rev. Robert Dean Bray Grace Johnson Harris was born on June 9, 1951 and departed this life at the University of Kentucky Medical Center on June 17, 2011 at the age of 60 years. She was born at Hyden, Kentucky the daughter of late Earl & Gladys Johnson. By occupation she was a homemaker and had been employed as a restaurant cook. Grace enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was affiliated with the Hurts Creek Church of Christ and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Earl & Gladys; one Son: Jody; and one Infant Son. Grace leaves surviving the following relatives: Nephew she reared as her own Son: Michael Wayne Johnson of Columbia, SC.; two Brothers: Earl Wayne Johnson & Carolyn of Hyden, KY. and Bobby Johnson of Hyden, KY.; four Sisters: Dorothy Brewer of Salem, IN., Florence McKnight & Jack of Salem, IN., Drucilla Campbell Marshall & Jeff of Walton, KY. and Mary Elizabeth Lunceford of Beattyville, KY.; Ex-Husband: Robert Harris; Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Grace Harris will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday - June 21, 2011 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home with Rev. Geoffery Roberts & Robert Dean Bray officiating. The interment will follow in the Bray Cemetery located at Stinnett (Muncy's Creek) Kentucky. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Michael Wayne Johnson, Kevin Wayne Johnson, Jeffery Lynn Johnson, Ian Campbell, Darin Brewer, Jason Johnson, Jerry Couch and Tony Turner.
