The obituary of Mrs. Tabitha Marie Perkins Mrs. Tabitha M. Perkins, 25 of Wooton, Ky., passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. She was born in Hyden, KY on July 25, 1988 the daughter of Timothy L. Ross and Betty Jean Baker. By occupation Tabitha was a Certified Nursing Assistant and was employed at the Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Nursing Center. Tabitha was a member of the Cutshin Bible Church and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. She was very involved with the lives of her husband and children and served as a member of the PTA. Tabitha was preceded in death by Maternal Grandfather: Leonard Baker, Paternal Grandparents: Keffie & Elizabeth Burkhart, twin sons: Timothy Dylan Perkins and Conner James Perkins. She leaves surviving the following relatives: Parents: Timothy L. Ross and Betty Jean Baker of Yeaddiss, KY, Husband: James K. Perkins of Wooton, KY, Son: James Preston Perkins of Wooton, KY and Daughter: Dakota Paige Perkins of Wooton, KY. Sister: Emily Nicole Baker & Sam Lewis of Cutshin, KY, Mother-In-Law and Father-In-Law: Vicki & James Perkins of Wooton, KY., Maternal Grandmother: Emily Ratliff of Yeaddiss, KY., Paternal Grandmother: Marie Ross of Corbin, KY., Nephews: Jarod Hurt and Dylan Isaacs, Nieces: Sheyenne Collins, Destiny Collins, Keelah Lewis, Hailey Howard and Brooklyn Perkins. Tabitha is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends who will mourn her passing. FUNERAL SERVICE: 1:00 p.m., Monday - Sept. 23, 2013 @ the Cutshin Bible Church @ Yeaddiss, KY.
