The Obituary of Mrs. Debrale "Debbie" Lewis Officiating Minister: William "Hub" Bowling Debrale "Debbie" Lewis was born on April 27, 1960 in Louisville, KY. and passed away on Thursday ~ July 21, 2011 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. at the age of 51 years. She was the Daughter of the late Bruce Lewis and the late Ruth Parker Lewis and Wife of the late Denver Lewis. She was a lifelong resident of Leslie County with the exception of living in Nancy, KY. for the past 2 years. By occupation Debbie was a Homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, camping, boating and being with her friends. She was Preceded in Death by: Parents: Bruce & Ruth Lewis and Husband: Denver Lewis. Mrs. Debrale "Debbie" Lewis leaves the following relatives surviving: Son: Richard "Richie" Lewis & Cheyanna Napier of Nancy, KY.; Step Sons: Tony Lewis & Brandy of Hyden, KY. and Keith Lewis of Hyden, KY.; Step Daughters: Deanna Lewis of Norfolk, VA., Valerie Lewis of Chicago, IL., Judy Baker of London, KY. and Connie Laurie of Hyden, KY.; Brothers: Frances Christopher Lewis & Maggie of Corbin, KY. and Tony Lewis of Canton, TX.; Sister: Landra Lewis of Berea, KY.; Special Friends: Gran Johnson & Tom Sawyer Grandchildren: Samantha Paige Rice, Trenton Alexander Rice and Deshay Hoskins; A host of Step Grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Debrale "Debbie" Lewis will be conducted on Sunday ~ July 24, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home ~ Hyden, KY, with William "Hub" Bowling officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis Cemetery ~ (Flackey) Hyden, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Richard Rice, Larry Begley, Terry Eversole, Roger Trent, Tony Lewis, & Kyle Napier. Visitation will begin on Sunday ~ July 24, 2011 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. until time of Funeral Service at 3:00 P.M.
