Troy Saylor Billy Lynn Collett was born on July 11, 1951 at Warbranch, KY., the Son of Edna Mae Hall Collett & the late Ernest Collett. He passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. at the age of 60 years, 8 months & 7 days. Billy had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. with the exception of living in London, KY. for the past 11 years. By occupation Billy was a former coal miner & owner & operator of Bill's Market of Helton, KY. for 20 years. He was a member of NRA, he was an avid marksman & enjoyed cars & motorcycles. Billy Lynn Collett was preceded in death by his Father: Ernest Collett; Brother: Melody Collett; Sister: Karen Collett Mason. He leaves the following relatives surviving: his Mother: Edna Mae Hall Collett of London, KY.; his Wife: Phyllis Napier Collett of London, KY.; Son: Billy Michael Collett & Heather of Helton, KY.; Daughter: Michelle Renee' Collett Young & Troy of West Virginia; Sister: Gerri Jones of Mt. Vernon, KY.; 3 Grandchildren: Connor Mitchell, Gage Michael Collett & Holden Zane Collett. Also survived by a number of treasured family & friends. Funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Upper Beech Fork United Methodist Church at Helton, KY. with Rev. Ronnie Melton & Rev. Troy Saylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Napier Family Cemetery at Helton, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Kennedy Sizemore, Troy Young, Eugene Howard & Shelby Howard.
