The Obituary of Mrs. Wanda Hacker Officiating Ministers: Rev. James Bowling, Jr., Keith Bowling and Pastor Todd Billingsley Mrs. Wanda Hacker was born on July 26, 1938 in Harlan County and passed away on December 2, 2011 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH in Hyden, KY. She was 73 years of age at the time of her passing. Wanda was the Daughter of the late Henry Caldwell and the late Lora Whitehead Caldwell. She was also the Wife of Matrend "Doc" Hacker. By occupation Wanda was employed by Mary Breckinridge Hospital for 30 years as an EKG Technician, Cast Technician and working in Physical Therapy. Wanda was a lifelong resident of Leslie County, residing in Stinnett, KY. at the time of her passing. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and fishing. She was a Member of the Christian Missionary Alliance in Essie, KY. She was Preceded in Death by: Parents: Henry Caldwell & Lora Whitehead Caldwell; Sisters: Jean Ward and Nannie Farmer. Wanda leaves the following relatives surviving: Husband: Matrend "Doc" Hacker of Stinnett, KY.; Sons: Tony Hacker of Hyden, KY. and Wayne Hacker & Tammy of Stinnett, KY.; Brothers: Phillip Caldwell of Columbus, OH., Henry Jr. Caldwell of Wallins, KY., Douglas Caldwell of Jacksonville, FL. and Billy Ray Caldwell of Louisville, KY.; Sisters: Opal Asher of Hyden, KY., Fern Robinette of TN., Marie Hansford of Ohio, Betty Miller of Shelbyville, KY., Bonnie Stewart of Ohio, Loretta Stevens of Harlan, KY. and Laura Ward of Cookeville, TN.; Grandson: Cory Hacker. Funeral services for Mrs. Wanda Hacker will be conducted on Monday ~ December 5, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Pentecostal Church with Rev. James Bowling, Jr., Keith Bowling and Pastor Todd Billingsley officiating. Burial will follow in the Hacker Cemetery at (Knob Lick) Stinnett, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Joe Hacker, Travis Hacker, John Glen Hacker, Craig Asher, Blake Napier & Jonathan Napier.
