Courtesy Obituary for Bulah Woods Bulah Woods, age 89 of Kentucky Hollow Road, London, passed away Tuesday at her residence. She was the mother of Jean France and Evelyn Sizemore, both of London, Vicky Collett of Leslie County, Kentucky Frederick Woods of Dayton, Ohio, Elbert Woods of Manchester, Kentucky, and Abner Woods of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky. The sister of Elizabeth Keen of Middletown, Ohio, Magdaline Osborne, Genevieve Gill, and Kermit Woods, all of London, Kenneth Young of Moraine, Ohio, Ed Woods and Herbert Woods, both of Hyden, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by five children Vernon Ruck Woods, William Woods, Peggy Sue Fritz, Ruby Woods, Zuba Woods; by her parents Abner and Bertha (Young) Woods; by one sister Cora Wooten; and three brothers Hiram Woods, Wallace Woods, and Abner Woods Jr. Funeral services for Bulah Woods will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home chapel with Carmen Brewer and Jerry McKinley Holland officiating. Burial will follow in Woods Cemetery Leslie County, Kentucky. The family of Bulah Woods will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
