The obituary of Mrs. Sadie W. Morgan Officiating Minister: Danny Day Mrs. Sadie W. Morgan born August 5, 1935 departed this life on November 2, 2009 at the age of 74 years. She was born at Daley, Kentucky the daughter of Pearlie Fields Wells and the late Albert Wells. By occupation she was a Restaurant Manager of the Mountain Manor Restaurant at Wooton, Kentucky. Sadie enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning and crocheting. She was a member of the Smilax Church of Christ and had been a resident of Leslie County for the past 30 years having moved here from Cincinnati, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father: Albert Wells; two sisters: Kathleen Wells and Rebecca Turner. She leaves surviving the following relative: mother: Pearlie Fields Wells of Smilax, KY; husband: Robert "Bob" Morgan of Smilax, KY; two sons: Bobby Morgan and Barbara of Smilax, KY; Rick Morgan and Tracy of Cattlettsburg, KY; four brothers: J.R. Wells and Ruth of Hoskinston, KY, Paul Wells of Stanton,KY, David Wells and Connie of Hazard, KY, Donnie Wells and Angie of Wooton, KY; four sisters: Christine Bowling and Vernon of Connersville, IN, Lucy Doll and Walter of Milford, OH, Grace Hamilton of Hyden KY, Marie Banks and Charles of Eubank, KY; five grandchildren: Crystal Morgan, Mindy Morgan, Nathaniel Asher, Angela Morgan and Ali Huber Morgan. Mrs. Sadie W. Morgan is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Sadie W. Morgan will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. - Thursday- November 5, 2009 at the Smilax Church of Christ at Smilax, Kentucky with Danny Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Albert Wells Family Cemetery at Smilax, Kentucky under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Staff. The following will serve as pallbearers: Harold Turner, Larry Turner, John Turner, L.J.
