The obituary fo Mrs. Eunice Katherine Griffitts Sizemore Mrs. Eunice Griffitts Sizemore born April 23, 1953 departed this life on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center, Hazard, Kentucky. She was 60 years old. Eunice was born at Hoskinston, Ky., the daughter of the late Curley Griffitts and Mavie Pennington Griffitts. Eunice owned and operated a grocery store & was a an employee of the Food Fair Market in Hyden, Ky. She was affiliated with the Pentecostal Church & enjoyd gardening, reading & sewing. Eunice was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., residing at Hyden, Ky at the time of her death. Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter: April Loretta Sizemore, one brother: Melbourne Griffitts & one nephew, Kevin Sizemore. Mrs. Eunice Griffitts Sizemore leaves the following relatives surviving: three brothers: Curtis Griffitts & Robert Griffitts of Hoskinston, Ky., Donnie Lynn Griffitts of Cincinnati, Ohio, four sisters: Alice Collett & husband, Walter, of Stinnett,Ky., Sarah Hoskins & husband, Raz, of Hyden, Ky., Loretta Sizemore & husband, Eugene of Hoskinston, Ky., Linda Harris of Loyall, Ky., & a host of treasured cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. FUNERAL TIME AND PLACE: 1:00 p.m. - Monday -Nov. 19,2013 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home OFFICIATING MINISTER: Rev. Graylon Short, Rev. Robert Dean Bray and Rev. Logan Roberts.
