Reed Brock Mrs. Susie Taylor was born on March 26, 1938 at Leslie County, KY. and departed this life on April 17, 2011 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. Susie was 73 years of age at the time of her passing. She was the daughter of the late Samps Caldwell and the late Nancy Roark Caldwell. By occupation she was a homemaker. She was a lifelong resident of Leslie County. She was a member of the New Hope Community Church. She enjoyed reading in her Bible in Braille and playing and singing music. She was preceded in death by Parents; Sister: Myrtle Brock; Brothers: Wade Caldwell & Foister Caldwell; Husband: Robert Taylor. Mrs. Susie Taylor leaves the following relatives surviving: Brothers: Chester Caldwell & Shirley of Warbranch, KY. and Samps Caldwell of Warbranch, KY.; Sister-In-Law, Special Friend and Care Giver: Nancy Jackson of Annville, KY.; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Taylor will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. - Wednesday - April 20, 2011 at the New Hope Community Church at Warbranch, KY. with Rev. Denver Brock, Rev. Roy Napier and Rev. Reed Brock officiating. Burial will follow the funeral services at the Caldwell Cemetery at Helton, KY. (Philips Fork). Visitation will begin at 5:00 P.M. at the church on Tuesday - April 19, 2011.
