Sara-Beth was preceded in death by her Maternal Great-Grandparents: Chester & Nancy Whitehead; Paternal Grandmother: Teresa Collett. Sara-Beth Collett leaves the following relatives surviving: Parents: David Collett & Sharlene Whitehead Collett of Essie, KY.; Maternal Grandparents: Darrell & Sharon Whitehead of Essie, KY.; Maternal Great Grandparents: Lucy & Lester Smith of Oneida, KY.; Paternal Grandfather: David Collett of Essie, KY.; & Paternal Great Grandparents: Billy and Minnie Collett; Brother: William Chase Collett of Essie, KY. A host of treasured aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive. The funeral service for Sara-Beth Collett will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. - Thursday- June 9, 2011 at the Stinnett Pentecostal Church with Rev. James Bowling, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be @ 12:00 Noon - Thursday at the Stinnett Pentecostal Church until the funeral hour @ 1:00 P.M. The interment will follow in the Bowen's Creek Cemetery - Essie, KY.
