Tommy was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. Funeral service for Tommy Lee Wilkins "Tadpole" will be conducted on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Couch's Fork Church of God at Bearbranch, Ky., with Rev. J.D. Hensley, Rev. Chad Hensley, Rev. William "Hubby" Bowling & Rev. Wayne Bowling officiating. Burial will follow in the Couch's Fork Cemetery at (Robin Branch), Hyden, Ky.
