Imogene H. Wilham, 75, of Harrodsburg, KY. widow of Carlos C. Wilham died Monday, November 25, 2013 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Born March 11, 1938 in Claiborne, TN. She was the daughter of the late James Frank and Minnie Hatfield Harris. Jean was a graduate of the Red Bird Mission in Beverly, KY, a retired employee of the North Point Training Center in the dietary department, a former employee of Wal-Mart and a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church. She loved hummingbirds and collected hummingbird figurines. Jean is survived by two sisters in law: Bessie and Rose Mary Harris both of Hyden, KY, a special niece: Norma Harris of Hyden, KY, a special nephew: Benny Harris of Hyden, KY and a number of nieces and nephews. Two of her special friends also survive: Sylvia Yates and Charlotte Smith both of Harrodsburg. She was preceded in death by two brothers: William and Tommy Harris and one sister Rachel Lowe. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M., Friday, November 29, 2013 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Wayne Spivey and Larry Camic officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery with Larry D. Camic, Paul Abercrombie, Dale Sullivan, Larry Wilham, Ronnie Smith, Greg Souder, Allen Whitenack and Billy Dunaway serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Mary Rose Smith Barbara Jo Faith and Joann Milburn. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 29, 2013 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home.
