The obituary of Mr. William R. Ingram Officiating Minister: Donnie Melton Mr. William R. Ingram born August 15, 1943 departed this life on January 8, 2010 at the age of 66 years. He was born at Stab, Kentucky the son of the late Raymond J. Ingram and the late Hazel Whitaker Ingram. By occupation he was a retired Iron Worker and had worked in the construction industry. Mr. William Ingram was a United States Navy Veteran. He was a resident of Busy, Kentucky for the past three months having moved here from Lancaster, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents; Raymond and Hazel Ingram, one sister: Connie Ingram, and his maternal grandmother: Martha Harris. He leaves surviving the following relatives: Wife: Glenda Shepherd Ingram of Busy, KY, one son: Martin Ingram of Lexington, KY, two step-sons: Eric Collins of Burgin, Ky, Eddie Collins of Busy, Ky, two step-daughters: Erica Smith and John of Lancaster, Ky, Melissa Collins of Lancaster, KY, two sisters: Debra Ingram Keltner of Nicholasville, KY, Barbara Gilbert of Stanford, KY, one grandson: Hunter, five step-grandchildren: Stephanie, Joshua, Alexandria, Tyler and Elizabeth, one niece: Jennifer Hall of Nicholasville, KY, two nephews: Darrick Gilbert of Lancaster, KY, Grant Gilbert of Stanford, Ky, two great nieces: Somer Nance of Nicholasville, Ky, Miranda Gilbert of Oklahoma, two great nephews: Shawn and Austin Hall both of Nicholasville, KY. He also leaves surviving a host of other treasured family and friends. Funeral services for Mr. William R. Ingram will be conducted at 2:00 p.m.-Monday, January 11, 2010 at the Lower Grassy Branch Church of Christ, Busy, Ky., with Donnie Melton officiating. Interment will follow in the Ingram Family Cemetery at Busy, Kentucky. Full military Rites will be observed by the Leslie County DAV Chapter #133. Friends may call for visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the Lower Grassy Branch Church of Christ. The following will serve as pallbearers: Charlie Puckett, Billy Wayne Shepherd, Eric Collins, Mark Deaton, John Smith, & Rob Collins.
