The obituary of Mrs. Clyda Faye Campbell Sizemore Officiating Minister: Rev. Hobert Couch Mrs. Clyda Faye Campbell Sizemore born May 26, 1950 departed this life on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center, Hazard, Ky. She was 61 years old. Clyda was born at Cutshin, Ky., the daughter of the late Hargis Campbell & Artie Neace. Clyda was a homemaker & member of the Jack Johnson Baptist Church in Indiana. She enjoyed sewing, word puzzles & watching crime movies. Clyda was a life-long resident of Leslie & Perry Co., with the exception of living in Indiana for 29 years. Clyda was residing at 88 Trent Lane Beehive Road, Slemp, Ky., at the time of her death. Clyda Faye Campbell Sizemore was preceded in death by her parents, one son: Donald Ray Banks & two brothers: James B. Campbell and Paul Campbell. Mrs. Clyda Faye Campbell Sizemore leaves the following relatives surviving: father of her children: Carl Edward Sizemore of Hyden, Ky., one son: Arvil Sizemore & wife, Angie, of Wooton, Ky. three daughters: Peggy Logan & husband, Jay, of Slemp, Ky., Kattie Adams & Darrell Walker of Slemp, Ky., Artie Callahan & husband, Jimmy, of Viper, Ky.,five brothers: Colson Campbell of London, Ky., Eddie Campbell of Michigan, Ray Campbell of Whitesburg, Ky., Donald Campbell of Tennessee, Arvil Campbell of Wooton, Ky., one sister: Mallie Mitchell of Wooton, Ky., 17 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, & a host of other treasured relatives and friends also survive. The funeral service for Mrs. Clyda Faye Campbell Sizemore will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. - Tuesday - September 6, 2011, at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, Ky., with Rev. Hobert Couch officiating. The interment will follow in the Laurel Fork Cemetery, Rockhouse, Hyden, Ky.
