Obituary of Mr. Albert Coots Officiating Ministers: Rev. Billy Joe Lewis Bro. Glenn Overbee Rev. Clemmie Joseph Mr. Albert Coots born March 22, 1929 departed this life on May 29, 2010. At the age of 81 years. He was born at Coon Creek Ky. the son of the late Mac Coots and Molly Howard Coots. By occupation he was a retired coal miner and had been a life long resident of Leslie County. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ. He enjoyed working in the garden, U.K sports, knife collecting, and was a Chicago Cubs fan. Albert especially enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and his great grandchildren. Mr. Albert Coots was preceded in death by his parents: Mac and Molly Coots, Wife: Laura, Granddaughter: Alisha, Sisters: Mallie Sizemore and Ruby Coots, and brother: Roscoe Coots. He leaves surviving the following relatives: 2 sons: Paul Coots and Kathy of Corbin, KY, Christopher Blake Coots and Judy of Wooton, KY, 3 Daughters: Rosalee Pack and Doug of Wooton, KY, Mavie Mitchell and Larry of Yeaddiss, KY, Sharitta Alfaro and Gus of Wooton, KY, 2 sisters: Eva Moore of Dayton, OH, Wanda Fikes of Nancy, KY. 6 Grandchildren: Jennifer Pack, Vicki Hensley, Shekinah Alfaro, Zachary Coots, Hannah Coots, Nicholas Coots, 2 great grandchildren: Zachary Hensley and Carter Hensley. He is also survived by a close friend and brother in Christ: Mr. Joe Shepherd and a host of other treasured relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Albert Coots will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday - May 31, 2010 at the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax, KY with Rev. Billy Joe Lewis, Bro. Glenn Overbee, and Rev. Clemmie Joseph officiating. Burial will follow in the Full Gospel Cemetery at Smilax, KY. Friends may call for visitation at 1:00 p.m. Monday May 31, 2010 at the church.
