The obituary of Larry Gene Couch Officiating Ministers Rev. Jerry Holland, Rev. William "Hubby" Bowling & Rev.Ray Napier Mr. Larry Gene Couch born December 25, 1955 departed this life on August 24, 2010 at the age of 54 years, 7 months and 29 days. He was born at Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late Elmer Couch and the late Geraldine Sizemore Couch. By occupation he was a retired coal miner and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, KY. Mr. Larry Couch was affiliated with the pentecostal Church. He enjoyed coon hunting, fishing, the outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death by his parents: Elmer and Geraldine Couch, three brothers: Clarence Couch, David Couch & Tommy Wilkins Couch. He leaves surviving the following relatives: one son: Larry Critt Couch of London, KY, one daughter: Kathy Abner & Marcus of London, KY, companion of 17 years: Louise Collins, two brothers: Darrell Couch & Mary of Sizerock, KY, Roy Lee Couch & Diane of Sizerock, KY, two sisters: Ann Fee & Ernie of Sizerock, Ky, Mary Lou Simpson & Freddie of Mozelle, KY, three grandchildren: Kelsey Davidson, Danielle Davidson, Jacob Mills & three step-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Larry Gene Couch will be conducted at 1p.m. Saturday - August 28, 2010 at the Bob Fork Holiness Church at Bear Branch, KY with Rev. Jerry Holland, Rev. William "Hubby" Bowling and Rev. Ray Napier officiating. Burial will follow in the Collins Family Cemetery located at Bear Branch, KY with Clarence Couch, Marcus Abner, Justin Walther, Larry Critt Couch, Darrell Couch, Roy Lee Couch, Kenny Johnson, Brian Couch & Freddie Wayne Simpson serving as pallbearers. The following will serve as honorary pallbearers: Dylan Couch, Kaden Bell, Darrin Philbeck, Christoper Philbeck, Jacob Mills & Anthony Eldridge. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m Thursday- August 26, 2010 at the Bob Fork Holiness Church at Bear Branch and continue until funeral hour 1:00 p.m. - Saturday - August 28, 2010.
