The obituary of Mrs. Sally Jane Couch Johnson Officiating Ministers: Keith Bowling and Clarence Howard Mrs. Sally J. Johnson, 82 of 25 Choctaw Drive, Busy,Ky. passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at her residence. She was born on March 15, 1931 at Grassy Branch, Kentucky the daughter of the late Willie Wooton and the late Ella Stidham Wooton. By occupation Sally was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, quilting, and being involved in the lives of her family. Sally was a member of the Grassy Branch Church of Christ and had been lifelong resident of Leslie County, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents: Willie and Ella Wooton, husband: Earl Johnson, three sisters: Virgie, Shelby and Ollie, and two brothers: Matt Wooton and Mike Wooton. She leaves surviving the following relatives: three sons: Ronald Couch & Mandy of Busy, KY, Donald R.
