The obituary for Rev. Caleb Sizemore Officiating Ministers: Rev. Jerry Holland, Rev. Davis Sizemore, Rev. Willie Napier, Rev. Rufus Slusher and Rev. Demus Couch Rev. Caleb Sizemore was born on February 15, 1934, he departed this life on January 11, 2011 at the age of 76 years old. He was born in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late John T. Sizemore and the late Sally Asher Sizemore. By occupation he was a retired coal miner and mechanic having worked for the Leslie County School Board for over 20 years as a bus driver and mechanic. Caleb was the founder and pastor of the Parkway Holiness Church at Thousandsticks, KY. for over 25 years. He enjoyed horseback riding, gardening, coon hunting, spending time with his grandchildren and especially attending church. He was preceded in death by his parents: John and Sally Asher Sizemore; one daughter: Carolyn Ruth; three brothers: Eugene, Lincoln, and Arthur, four sisters: Edna Davidson, Wathan Asher, Dossie Hensley and Susie Asher. He leaves surviving the following relatives: Loving & Devoted Wife of 51 years: Gracie Osborne Sizemore of Thousadsticks, KY.; three sons: Arthur Dwayne Sizemore & Betty Mae of Thousandsticks, KY., Wendell Sizemore of Thousandsticks, KY. and Timmy Ray Sizemore & Cindall of Thousandsticks, KY.; one daughter: Ashley Sizemore & fiance', Brent Napier of Thousandsticks, KY.; one sister: Nancy Ruth Mattingly of Stinnett, KY.; seven grandchildren: Crystal, Amanda Gail, Stephanie, Dustin, April, Joshua, Karley and one to be born; 9 Great Grandchildren. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Rev. Caleb Sizemore will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Saturday, January 15, 2011 at the Parkway Holiness Church at Thousandsticks, KY., with Rev. Jerry Holland, Rev. Davis Sizemore, Rev. Willie Napier, Rev. Rufus Slusher, and Rev. Demus Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Osborne Cemetery located at London, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Steve Wells, Dustin Sizemore, Jay Lowe, Brandon Fields, Gene Morgan, Ronnie Allen Turner, Dewayne Osborne and Brent Napier.
