Ralph Brown Cathy Collett was born on July 16, 1954 in Clay Co., the daughter of Juanita Chappell Wagers & the late Claude Wagers. She passed away on Friday, March 11, 2011 at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital in Hyden, Ky., at the age of 56 years, 7 months & 23 days. She was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., She was a homemaker, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Cathy Collett was preceded in death by her father: Claude Wagers & one sister: Jamie Wagers She leaves the following relatives surviving: mother: Juanita Chappell Wagers of Beverly, KY., husband: Roy Collett of Roark, Ky., one daughter: Brenda Wagers of Roark, KY., two brothers: Wayne & Lester Wagers of Indianpolis, In., three sisters: Carlon Vargo of Helton, KY., Sue Collins of Beverly, Ky. & Brenda Hubbard of Manchester, KY., also two grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Cody Wagers & Ashley Hoskins of Asher, Ky. Funeral service will be Monday, March 14, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at the Lower Jacks Creek United Methodist Church at Roark, KY., with Rev. Chuck Jack & Rev. Ralph Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Collett Family Cemetery at Roark, KY. Visitation will also be on Monday beginning at 12:00 noon at the church.
