David was a life-long resident of Leslie County residing 202 Pin Tail Drive, Wooton, Ky. at the time of his death. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as hobbies. David was preceded in death by his Grandmother: Martha Lewis; Aunt: Peggy Williams; Step-Father: James Williams; Nephew: Brady Wayne Couch; Uncle: Milburn Williams & Great Aunt: Mary Sams. Mr. David Couch, Jr. leaves the following relatives surviving: Loving and Devoted Mother: Carrie Causey Couch of Wooton, Ky.; Father: David Baker of London, Ky.; Brother: Brady Couch and Wife, Misty of Essie, Ky.; Sisters: Martha Langdon and Husband, Jimmy of Wooton, Ky., Deborah Couch of Wooton, Ky., Mary Joe Couch and Husband, Marvin of Hyden, Ky., Verna Couch of Wooton, Ky., Rebecca Couch of Smilax, Ky., Connie Baker & Husband, Manual, of Wooton, Ky., Aunt: Mary Edna Baker & Husband, Russell of Wooton, Ky.; Uncles: Norman Causey & Tammy of Wooton, Ky., Earnest Causey and Audrey, of Wooton, Ky.; Special Friend: Willie Campbell & a host of treasured nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Mr. David Couch, Jr. will be conducted 1:00 P.M. - Tuesday - March 1, 2011 at the residence of his Mother, Mrs. Carrie C. Couch, 202 Pin Trail Drive, Wooton, Kentucky, with Russell Baker officiating. The interment will follow at the Williams Family Cemetery - Polls Creek - Smilax, Ky. Friends may call for visitation after 4:00 P.M. - Monday - February 28, 2011 at the residence of his Mother, Carrie C. Couch, located at 202 Pin Trail Drive, Wooton, Ky.
