The obituary of Mrs. Elsie Morgan Shell Officiating Minister: William Craig Melton Mrs. Elsie M. Shell was born on February 12, 1921 and departed this life on May 14, 2011 at the age of 90 years. She was born at John's Creek (Leslie County). Elsie was the daughter of the late Haywood Morgan and the late Virgie Morgan. By occupation she was retired F.N.S. Employee and worked in the Laundry Department. Elsie was a Devoted member of the Camp Creek Church of Christ and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, KY. She enjoyed cooking for others, house keeping and fishing. She was preceded in death by: her Parents and her Husband: Herman Shell; A host of brothers and sisters. Mrs. Elsie Morgan Shell leaves surviving the following relatives: A very special Nephew: Allison Morgan of Wooton, KY.; two devoted Sister-In-Laws: Barbara Morgan of Wendover, KY and Wilma Morgan of Indiana. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other treasured relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie Morgan Shell will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel with William Craig Melton officiating. Interment will follow in the Hardy Bottom Cemetery at Stinnett, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Josh Lewis, Eugene Baker, Russell Gross, Rusty Gross, Jamie Hayes and Dr. Tony Watkins.
