The Obituary of Mr. Ruric Huff Officiating Minister: Rev. Cova Asher Mr. Ruric Huff was born on June 12, 1934, in Leslie Co., KY., the Son of the late Mack & Bertha Wooton Huff. He departed this life on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at his residence at 496 Mosley Bend Dr. ~ Hyden, KY. at the age of 78 years, 4 months & 13 days. Ruric was a lifelong resident of Leslie co. Ruric was a Veteran of the U.S. Army & was a retired coal miner. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, ginseng & gardening. Ruric Huff was preceded in death by: Parents: Mack & Bertha Wooton Huff; Brothers: Hershel, Grant & Lee Huff; Sister: Nannie Concord. He leaves the following relatives surviving: Sons: Billy DiFabio & Shell of PA., Robert DiFabio & Dee of New Jersey, Eddie DiFabio & Donna of New Jersey, Leslie Huff & Oma Carol, Michael Huff & Special Friend Rita Bowling and Ronnie Huff & Teresa all of Hyden, Ky.; Brothers: Mack Huff, Jr. & Dale and Joel Huff & Kathy all of Monticello,KY.; Grandchildren: Joshua Huff & Jessica Nicole, Sonya Sue Wright & Joey, Zach Huff & Alissa, Karena Huff, Nicolette DiFabio, Kaitlyn DiFabio, Brianna DiFabio, Brian DiFabio, Glen DiFabio, Kelly DiFabio and Eddie DiFabio; Great-Grandchildren: Alaina Huff & Arianna Huff. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cova Asher officiating. Military Rites will be performed by the Leslie Co. DAV Chapter #133. Burial will follow in the Huff Family Cemetery at Confluence, KY. The following will serve as pallbearers: Leslie Huff, Ronnie Huff, Joey Wright, Zach Huff, Josh Huff, Paul Wells & Bob Difabio.
