Curtis Davidson Mr. Charlie Couch born July 29, 1951 departed this life July 24, 2010 at the Albert Chandler University of Ky. Medical Center, Lexington, Ky. He was 58 years old. Charlie was born at Hyden, Ky., the son of Gracie Collins Couch and the late Pleasie Couch. Charlie was a coal miner having been employed by Shamrock Coal Co. He was affiliated with the Holiness Church & enjoyed hunting as a hobby. Charlie was a former resident of Leslie Co., however he had been a resident of Laurel Co., for the past 8 years residing at 151 Ray Johnson Road, East Bernstadt, Ky., at the time of his death. Charlie was preceded in death by his father, Pleasie Couch & two brothers, Gerald & Purl Couch. Mr. Charlie Couch leaves the following relatives surviving: his loving and devoted mother: Gracie Collins Couch of Bear Branch, Ky., friend: Katie Reed, one son: Charlie Keith Couch and wife, Amy, of New Washington, Indiana, step-son: James Begley, three daughters: Rhonda Spencer and husband, Gary, of Charlestown, Indiana, Jessica Couch of Thousandsticks, Ky., Teresa Couch of Thousandsticks, Ky., two brothers: Norman Couch and wife, Jean of Bear Branch, Ky., Delbert Couch and wife, Judy of London, Ky., six sisters: Ann Meece of Norwood, Ohio, Mary Feltner and husband, John of Dayton, Ohio, Imo Jean Eversole of Bear Branch, Ky., Audrey Cornett and husband, Willie of Hazard, Ky., Shirley Davidson and husband, Kermit, of Thousandsticks, Ky., Nancy Osborne and husband, Hurl, of Thousandsticks, Ky., four grandchildren: Anthony, Deanna, Savanna, Kaydance, and a host of other treasured relatives and friends to mourn his death. The funeral service for Mr. Charlie Couch will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. - Wednesday - July 28, 2010 at the Bob Fork Holiness Church, Bear Branch, Ky., with Rev. Jerry Holland, Rev. Jerry Mckinley Holland, Rev. Jamie Couch, Rev. Curtis Davidson, & Rev. Rod Shackleford officiating. The interment will follow in the Collins Family Cemetery ( Wild Dog Hollow), Bear Branch, Ky., under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home staff. Friends may call for visitation after 3:00 p.m. - Monday - July 26, 2010 , all day Tuesday, until the funeral hour at 2:00 P.M. - Wednesday - all at the Bob Fork Holiness Church.
