The Obituary for Mr. Ritchie Lynn Napier Officiating Ministers: Mike Stanley & John Newell Mr. Ritchie Lynn Napier was born on December 28, 1971 at Beverly, KY. and departed this life on September 12, 2010 at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital in Hyden, KY. He was 38 years of age at the time of his passing. He was the son of Debbie Napier & the late Ronnie Napier. He was a lifelong resident of Leslie County. By occupation he was co-owner of S&N Transport of Hyden and was also manager of the Medicine Shoppe & Subway Restaurant in Hyden. He enjoyed being in the center of the lives of his children's sporting events. He was a member of the Hyden Masonic Lodge & Shriners Organization. He was also a member of the Central Presbyterian Church in Hyden. Mr. Ritchie Lynn Napier was preceded in death by: Father: Ronnie Napier; Paternal Aunt: Fayetta Kerr. He leaves the following relatives surviving: Mother: Debbie Napier of Somerset, KY.; Biological Mother: Debbie Elliott of Austin, TX.; Wife: Eugenia Stewart Napier of Hyden, KY.; Son: Stewart Lynn Napier of Hyden, KY.; Daughters: Haley Ronee' Napier & Holly Noel Napier both of Hyden, KY.; Father & Mother-In-Law: Eugene & Ronnie Carol Stewart of Hyden, KY.; Paternal Grandparents: Howard E. & Mary Napier of Essie, KY.; Brother: Ryan Collins Culler & Kacey of London, KY.; Sisters: Ronee' Napier & fiance Christopher Simpson of Somerset, KY., Marianna Simpson & Jason of Somerset, KY. and Natasha Gresham of Austin, TX.; Nephews: Christopher Ronnie Simpson and Jacob Ryan Culler; Brother-In-Law: Keith Stewart of Lexington, KY.; and Paternal Aunt & Uncle: Connie & Leon Adams of Essie, KY. Also survived by a host of special friends the Leslie County Girls Basketball Bigg Dawgz AAU team. Funeral arrangements for Mr. Ritchie Napier will be conducted on Wednesday - September 15, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Stanley & John Newell officiating. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Kevin Guier, Danny Clark, Vic McIntosh, Jess Malcom Collett, Steve Davidson, John Houston Morgan, Oria Michael Smith, Johnny Griffith, Jerry Don Combs, Joey Lewis, Jerry Couch, Freddy Farler, Eddie Fee, Hobert Asher, James Fee,Roy Napier, Kenny Collett and Larry Sparks. The following will serve as Honorary Pallbearers: Robert "Cabbage Patch" Russell, Mickey Ray Howard, and Leon Adams. Burial will follow the funeral service at Napier Family Cemetery at Essie, KY. Visitation will be held on Tuesday - September 14, 2010 beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel. Masonic Rites will be held at 7:00 P.M. In Lieu of Flowers, Donations may be made to the Leslie County Relay for Life C/O Hyden Citizens Bank P.O. Box 948 Hyden, KY. 41749.
