The obituary of Rita Napier Eversole Officiating Ministers: Rev. Teddy Couch Rita Faye Napier-Eversole born June 14, 1959 departed this life on January 22, 2009 at the age of 49years, 7 months and 8 days old. She was born at Hyden, Kentucky the daughter of Marie Sizemore Napier and the late Hamp Napier. By occupation she was a former Coal Miner, secretary for Farm Bureau and former employee of the KY. Dept. of Transportation. Rita had been a life-long resident of Leslie County and enjoyed reading, and family gatherings. She was affiliated with the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church. Rita was preceded in death by her father: Hamp Napier. She leaves surviving the following relatives: mother: Marie Sizemore Napier of Hyden, KY; one son:Brannon Gage Caldwell & Kimberly of Hyden, KY; five brothers: Robert Napier & Lizette of Hyden, KY, Joe Napier & Sandra of Hyden, KY, Roger Napier & Cindy of Kettering, Ohio, Randy Napier & Alice Ruth of Hyden, KY, Richard Napier & Debbie of Stinnett, KY; one sister: Rosita Gaunt & Jeff of Trenton, OH; two grandchildren: Chloe Caldwell and Tackett Caldwell. Also survived by a host of treasured nieces, nephews, cousin, aunts, uncles and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Rita Faye Napier-Eversole will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday- January 25, 2009 at the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church at Hyden, KY. with Rev. Teddy Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Laurel Fork Cemetery at Hyden, KY. under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Staff. The following will serve as pallbearers: Wayne Napier, Travis Napier, Brent Napier, Shane Napier, Brian Napier, Sam Howard, Mike Taulbee, Chris Smith, Tommy Begley and Greg Byrd.
