The Obituary of Mr. Tommy Wayne Hensley Officiating Minster: Rev. Clifton Adams Tommy Wayne Hensley was born on August 6, 1975 in Hyden, KY. and passed away on December 5, 2012 in Austin, IN. at the age of 37 years. Tommy was the Son of Tommy Hensley, Sr. and Susan Campbell Hensley. By occupation Tommy was a Plumber & Tree Cutter. He was a lifelong resident of Leslie County with the exception of living in Austin, IN. for the past 2 years. Tommy enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He was Preceded in Death by: Maternal Grandparents: Mary Jane & Ruben Campbell; Paternal Grandfather: Brack Hensley. Tommy leaves the following relatives surviving: Father: Tommy Hensley, Sr. and Step Mother Patty Freeman of Indiana; Mother: Susan Campbell Hensley of Hyden, KY. and Step Father: Ronnie Sandlin; Sons: Harrison Hensley of Indiana, Hunter Hensley of Indiana and Michael Hensley of Hyden, KY.; Step Son: Trea Simpson of Indiana; Daughters: Heather Hensley of Indiana and Holeigh Hensley of Indiana; Sisters: Charlotte Hensley of Hazard, KY., Jennifer Hensley of Georgia, Pam Hensley of Hyden, KY. and Sharon Hensley of Perry Co., KY.; Step Brother: Kevin Freeman of Indiana; Step Sister: Dynasty Freeman of Indiana; Half Sisters: Savanna Hensley and Destiny Hensley both of Indiana; A host of treasured nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles also survive his passing. Funeral service for Mr. Tommy Wayne Hensley will be conducted on Monday ~ December 10, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the McIntosh Church of God in Wooton, KY. with Rev. Clifton Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Campbell Cemetery in Wooton, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Marcus Hensley, James Ryan Hensley, Austin Tyler Hensley, Nicholas Caldwell, Todd Shaffer, Willie Campbell, Jamie Neace, Joshua Dixon and Sam Campbell.
