The Obituary of Mr. Billy Ray Feltner Officiating Minister: Henry Clay Robertson Mr. Billy Ray Feltner, age 55 of Lemons Bend Road, Campbellsville, Ky. (formerly of Leslie Co.), died Thursday at the Taylor Regional Hospital after a sudden illness. He was Preceded in Death by his Mother: Rosa Lee Feltner. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Diane Feltner, two sons, Christopher Tolbert Feltner of Lawrenceburg, Billy Jackson Feltner and Cindy Rose Criss both of Hyden, two step-sons and two step-daughters Jessie Shoaf and Joshua Gill, Natasha R. Shoaf and Nicole Shoaf all of Campbellsville, three grandchildren that they were raising, Christopher Gill, Tolbert Feltner, and Kenith Ray Mills of Campbellsville. Several other grandchildren also survive along with his father, Joe Jackson Feltner of Green County and Jimmy Feltner of Hyden, Sylvester Feltner of Tennessee, Marilyn Collins and Carolyn Record both of Hyden, Teresa Stanford of Tennessee and Vicki Bailey of Campbellsville. Funeral services for Billy Ray Feltner will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the Dwayne-Walker Funeral Home in Hyden, Kentucky with interment in the Rosa Lee Feltner Memorial Cemetery in Wilder Branch - Confluence, Kentucky. The family request visitation from 6 to 8 PM Friday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel and after 10 AM Saturday at the Dwayne-Walker Funeral Home in Hyden until time of services.
