Gross born August 13, 1933 departed this life on April 24, 2009 at the age of 75 years, 8 Months and 11 days old. She was born in Harlan County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Floyd Curry and the late Bessie Adams Curry. By occupation she was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and looking after her grandkids. Martha was a member of the Holiness Church of God and attended the Full Gospel Church of the Lord Jesus Christ at Yeaddiss, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents: Floyd and Bessie Curry; her husband: Charlie Gross; one son: Elvis Gross, one brother: Elsie Curry and one sister: Dona Curry. She leaves surviving the following relatives:Four Sons: Johnny Wayne Gross & Geneva of Yeaddiss, KY, Dewey Glen Gross of Yeaddiss, KY, Charlie Gross, Jr. & Angela of Yeaddiss, KY Omer Darrell Gross & Debra of Yeaddiss, KY, One Daughter: Linda Sue Joseph & Randall of Hyden, KY, Four Sisters: Mary Joseph & Dennis of Big Fork, KY Margaret Jackson & Cova of Bledsoe, KY,Geneva Marie Joseph of Hyden, KY, Bonnie Sue Harris of Wooton, KY, One Brother: Johnny Curry & Linda of Letcher County, KY Seven Grandchildren: Jonathan, Danielle, Shauna, Stephanie, Alisha Rebecca Sue, Dallas & Charlie Matthew. Also survived by a host of other treasured family & friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Martha M. Gross will be held at 1:00 p.m. - Monday - April 27, 2009 at the Full Gospel Church of the Lord Jesus Christ at Yeaddiss, KY with Rev. Larry Lewis and Rev. Eugene Gross officiating. Burial will follow in the Clemmie Joseph Cemetery at Yeaddiss, KY under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Staff.
