He passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at his residence at 1889 Wilder Branch Rd., Hyden, KY. at the age of 60 years, 1 month & 3 days. He was a lifelong resident of Leslie Co. By occupation He was a former coal miner, self-employed logger, truck driver & heavy equipment operator. He was affiliated with the Confluence Baptist Church. He enjoyed horses, playing guitar, music & being with friends. Jimmy Feltner was preceded in death by his Mother: Rosa Lee Couch Feltner; Brother: Billy Ray Feltner. He leaves the following relatives surviving: Father: Joe Jackson Feltner of Campbellsville, KY., Wife: Bobbie Gray Feltner of Hyden, KY.; Sons: Jimmy Dean Feltner & Michelle of Hyden, KY., Christopher Scott Campbell of Berea, KY. & Zacharais Campbell of Berea, KY.; Daughters: Tracey E. Francis & Joseph of Richmond, KY. & Melissa Collett; Brother: Sylvester Feltner of New Tazewell, TN.; Sisters: Carolyn Record of Hyden, KY., Teresa Stanford of Middlesboro,Ky., Marilyn Collins of Hyden, KY. and Vickie Bailey of Campbellsville, KY.; Sister-In-Law: Diane Feltner of Campbellsville, KY.; 9 grandchildren & a host of other relatives & friends also survive. Funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home in Hyden, KY., with Rev. Denny Couch & Rev. Henry Clay Robertson officiating & Eulogy by: Pam Francis. Burial will follow in the Rosa Lee Feltner Memorial Cemetery at (Wilder Branch Rd.), Hyden, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Sherman Grissom, Jonathon Sizemore, Justin Collett, Billy Jack Feltner, James Kistner, Gary Morgan, Arnie Campbell & David Campbell. Sherman Grissom will also serve as Honorary Pallbearer. Visitation will be on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home chapel.
