Courtesy Obit for Juanita (Morgan) Burns Juanita (Morgan) Burns age 82 of Lebanon, OH, formerly of Hyden, KY, passed away November 7, 2013 at West Chester Medical Center in Lebanon, OH. Juanita was born November 8, 1930 in Hyden, KY. Juanita was the daughter of the late Parley and Mary Esther (Woods) Morgan and was a retired Elementary School Teacher with the Lebanon City School, where she taught second grade for 38 years. Juanita had a grand total of 46 years of teaching with additional 8 years spent teaching elementary school in the Hyden area. Juanita graduated from Hyden High School and then earned her teaching degree at Eastern KY University in 1954. Juanita had been a member of Lebanon Education Association, she enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her Parents and Twin Brothers Roy and Ray Morgan and Eric Morgan. Juanita leaves behind, One Son: Joe Burns of Lebanon, OH, Three Daughters: Martha Burns of Sharonville, OH, Theresa Collins of Ft. Thomas, KY and Mary Esther (Ronald) Couch of KY, Brother: Joe (Thelma) Morgan of Hyden, KY, Six Grandchildren, five Great Grandchildren, Two Nephews: Billy Roy, Kenneth Ray, Six Nieces: Sharon Gail, Lois, Marsha, Denna Gail, Barbara, and Brenda. Funeral Services were held at Stine Kilburn Funeral Home in Lebanon, OH on November 10, 2013 with the Pastor Doug Sibcy officiating.
