The Obituary of Mrs. Nannie Cyond Bailey Officiating Minister: Doug Caldwell Nannie Cyond Bailey, 84, of Foster, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at St. Elizabeth in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Cyond was born on May 2, 1927 to William and Cynthia Begley and worked as a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Bailey who died in 2003. Surviving Relatives include daughters, Barbara Bailey-Bucher of Alexandria, Kentucky and Nadine Leap of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, and also her three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Graveside Service for Mrs. Nannie Cyond Bailey will be held on Saturday ~ July 23, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Hurricane Cemetery ~ Hyden, KY with Doug Caldwell officiating.
