John resided in Thousandsticks, KY. He was the Son of the late John D. Barger and the late Jallie McIntosh Barger and the Husband of Rosa Lee Sizemore Barger. By occupation John was a Security Guard. John was a resident of Kentucky since 1968 coming from Seymour, IN. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, four-wheeler riding and being outdoors. John was a Member of the Davidson Fork Church of God in Thousandsticks, KY. He was Preceded in Death by: Parents: John D. Barger and Jallie McIntosh Barger; Brothers: J.D. Barger, Ray S. Barger, Troy Barger and Rev. Roy Barger; Sister: Belva Tyree. John leaves the following relatives surviving: Loving & Devoted Wife: Rosa Lee Sizemore Barger of Thousandsticks, KY.; Son: Marshall David Barger & Brandy of Keavy, KY.; Daughter: Jallie Ann Barger of Independence, KY.; Friend Who He Considered a Daughter: Crystal Harmon; Brother: Robert Baker & Nancy of AL.; Sisters: Bertha Campbell & Denver of OH., Beulah Henderson of AL. and Shirley Smith of Columbus, IN.; Grandchildren: Brandon Bowling and Kimberly Barger; A host of treasured nieces and nephew and other relatives & friends also survive. Funeral services for Mr. John David Barger will be conducted on Thursday ~ Dec. 20, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Davidson Fork Church of God ~ Thousandsticks, KY. with Rev. Charles Collins, Rev. David Sizemore and Rev. Randy Woods officiating. Burial will follow in the Sizemore Family Cemetery ~ Dill Branch ~ Thousandsticks, KY.
