Jr. Bowman Mrs. Hallie Sizemore was born on May 7, 1925 in Thousandsticks, KY. and passed away on August 16, 2012 at her residence at 199 Chelsea Ave. ~ Bear Branch, KY. at the age of 87 years. Hallie was the Daughter of the late Billy Osborne and the late Jane Rice Osborne. By occupation she was a Homemaker and was a lifelong resident of Leslie County. Hallie was a Member of the Bear Branch Baptist Church in Bear Branch, KY. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, flowers and cooking as hobbies. She was Preceded in Death by: Parents: Billy Osborne & Jane Rice Osborne; Loving & Devoted Husband: Mitchell Sizemore; Son: Donald Sizemore; Brothers: Gillie Osborne, Jimmy Osborne and Sim Osborne; Sisters: Mollie Sizemore, Emily Gibson & Laura Howard; Grandson: Wendell Jones; Great-Grandchild: Skyler Gross. Hallie leaves the following relatives surviving: Sons: Willie Sizemore & Robin of Bear Branch, KY., Robert Sizemore & Krystal of Connersville, IN., Carson Sizemore & Alice of Sizerock, KY.; Daughters: Mildred Gibson of Brookville, IN., Kathleen Caldwell of Brookville, IN., Laura Collins of Hyden, KY., Essie Jones & Russell of Sizerock, KY., Louise Barrett & Ed of Brookville, IN., Drucie Davidson & Russell of New Trenton, IN. and Sarah Stidham & Grover of Bear Branch, KY.; Brother: Carl Osborne; Sisters: Mary Jones, Dallie Osborne and Lucy Jones; 29 Grandchildren, 63 Great Grandchildren and 39 Great-Great Grandchildren; Also survived by a host of treasured relatives & friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Hallie Sizemore will be conducted on Sunday ~ August 19, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Bear Branch Baptist Church ~ Bear Branch, KY. with Rev. Cova Asher, Rev. Ted Collett, Rev. David Pennington & Rev. Jr. Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in the Gibson Family Cemetery ~ Sizerock, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Grover Stidham, Mark Napier, Brian Pennington, Eddie Sizemore, Mitchell Sizemore, Leon Burns, Tim Sizemore, William Davidson, Sam Caldwell, Joe Hamilton and Darrell Couch. Visitation will begin Friday ~ August 17, 2012 at 6:00 P.M., all day Saturday and until time of Funeral on Sunday at the Bear Branch Baptist Church.
