The Obituary of Mary J. Brock Officiating Minister: Rev. Denver Brock Mary Jane Brock was born on February 18, 1954 the daughter of the late Cammie & Lottie Lefevers Brock. She departed this life on January 16, 2012 at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital in Hyden, KY. She was 57 years, 10 months & 29 days at the time of her passing. Mary was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation she was a retired Postmaster for the U.S. Postal Service, (Stinnett, Ky.) She was affliated with the New Hope Community Church at Warbranch, Ky. Mary was an avid reader, she enjoyed spending time with her children & grandchildren. Mary Jane Brock was preceded in death by her parents, Cammie & Lottie Brock, one grand-daughter, Hettie Rachel Brock & two brothers, James & Coleman Brock. She leaves the following relatives surviving: one son: James Brock & Shelly of Helton, Ky., one daughter: Stephanie Brock of Mallie, Ky., one brother: Shelby Brock & Eunice of Helton, Ky.,3 sisters: Chloetta Caldwell of Warbranch, KY., Sarah Mae Brock of Warbranch, KY. & Lucille Holland & Marcus of Warbranch, KY.& six grandchildren: Isaac Brock, Jamie Brock, Keisha Wilson, Keegan Wilson, Andrew Tiernan & Chelsie Tiernan. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive. Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY., with Rev. Denver Brock officiating. Burial will follow in the Brock Cemetery at (Rye Cove), Warbranch, Ky. The following will serve as pallbearers: Cammie Dean Caldwell, Joseph Holland, Coleman Dean Caldwell, Jeffery Caldwell, Alex Brock, James Brock, Keegan Wilson & Dillon Terry.
