The obituary of Dustin Edward Sizemore Dustin Sizemore was born June 30, 1987 and departed this life on January 7, 2011 at the age of 23 years old. He was born at Hyden, Ky., the son of Sandy Wells and the son of Greg "Buddy" Sizemore. He was a student at the Hazard Community College and had been a life-long resident of Leslie & Perry County, Kentucky. He enjoyed horseback riding, music and especially computers. Dustin was affiliated with the Maces Creek Church of God. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Glenn Sizemore and by one uncle: Eddie Sizemore. Dustin leaves surviving the following relatives: Mother and Step-Father: Sandy Wells Adams & Doug of Smilax, KY.; Father: Greg "Buddy" Sizemore of Smilax, KY. & one brother, Tyler Sizemore of Smilax, KY.; Paternal Grandparents: Howard & Juanita Shepherd of Cornettsville, KY.; Maternal Grandparents: James & Lois Wells of Smilax, KY.; Maternal Grandparents: Carol & Keith Gilley of New Carlisle, OH.; Aunts: Theresa & Kenny Reynolds of New Carlisle, OH., Rhonda & Lenny Mills of New Carlisle, OH.; Uncles: Jamie & Lavonda Wells of Stinnett, KY, Gary Wells of Hazard, KY., Bobby Wells of Somerset, KY. Dustin is also survived by a host of treasured aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Dustin Edward Sizemore will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday - January 10, 2011 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Donnie Coots, Tommy Fields, & Danny Day officiating. The interment will follow in the Larkin Lewis Cemetery at Smilax, KY.
