The Obituary of Mr. Donnie Dwayne Collins Officiating Ministers: Rev. Randy Woods, Rev. Jerry Holland, Rev. Demus Couch and Rev. Virgil Gibson Mr. Donnie Dwayne Collins was born on February 16, 1979 in Beverly, KY. and passed away on Sunday - March 17, 2013 at his residence in London, KY. He was 34 years of age at the time of his passing. Donnie was the son of Donnie R. Collins and Eula McCoy Collins. He was residing in London, KY. but was formerly of Clay County, KY. By occupation he was formerly employed by the Sarah Lee Bakery in London, KY. for 12 years. Donnie enjoyed hunting, 4-wheel riding, and spending time with his Wife Heather and Son Donnavan. He was affiliated with the Holiness Church. Donnie was Preceded in Death by his: Grandparents: Hershel & Janice Roberts, Jessie & Betty Collins; Great Grandparents: Rube & Sopia Estep. He leaves surviving the following relatives: Parents: Donnie & Eula Collins of Lily, KY.; Wife: Heather Collins of Keavy, KY.; Son: Donnavan Collins of Keavy, KY.; Brother: Christopher Brent Collins of Lily, KY.; Sister: Kimberly Duff of Corbin, KY.; Nephew: Hayden Duff; Mother-In-Law & Father-In-Law: Serenia & James Nolan; Sister-In-Laws: Kimberly Maggard, Lacey Parks, Victoria Nolan and Kendra Nolan. Donnie is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Donnie Dwayne Collins will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Thursday - March 21, 2013 at the Bob Fork Holiness Church with Rev. Randy Woods, Rev. Jerry Holland, Rev. Demus Couch and Rev. Virgil Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in the Estep Family Cemetery at Big Creek, KY. (Clay County - Sugar Creek). The following will serve as Pallbearers: Travis Couch, Jason Gibson, Wayne Gilbert, Roger Bowling, Paul Baker and Trent Baker. Friends may call for Visitation at 5:00 P.M.
